Plans for Friday

We plan to leave Southport at Cape Fear around noon and sail to Charleston, SC. The prediction is that it will take till about 8 am to get there so not quite an all day sail. Best to get to a harbor in daylight. The winds should be better tomorrow. Our challenge will be getting off this dock. It was blowing 23 knots when we were getting in here around 4 pm. We have little control as Ariel does not turn well in winds like that and the prop wants to have her kick to port. Going outside will make quicker work of the miles and keep us on schedule. We don't expect the rolling we did before. Will let you know how it goes.
